Frequently Asked Questions
Can I install it on more than one computer?
A subscription covers a single active install. Producers often run the office laptop and arena laptop off the same data - if you need to move to a new machine, deactivate the old one from your account and activate the new one. Contact us if you need multiple concurrent installs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get a trial period with every feature unlocked. No credit card required to start.
What happens if I let my subscription lapse?
Your data stays on your machine and your license key stays the same. Resubscribe at any time, click Validate in Settings, and you're back up and running.
Are there per-show or per-entry fees?
No. Run as many shows, events, and entries as you want. The subscription price is the only price.
How do I cancel?
From the Account page, choose "Don't Renew" on your subscription. You keep access through the end of the paid period.
