Licensing

SpeedySteeds is licensed on a monthly or yearly basis. All features are included with the license including online pre-registration and live results. License periods match the subscription period seen in your online account.

Adding or Changing a License

License keys can be added or updated from the Licensing box in the Settings page. After adding or updating a license key, click the Validate and Activate buttons. You will see the License Status as well as the Machine Registration status below the License Key box.

Renewal

Your license expiration date will match your subscription dates. When your subscription renews, your license will auto renew.

FAQ

I had a lapse in my subscription, do I need a new key after renewing?

No, you do not need a new key. No matter how long between active subscription periods, your key will stay the same. After you have subscribed, you can close and open the product or click the validate button.

I chose not to renew, how long will my license be valid?

Your license is valid until the end of your paid subscription. When your current subscription ends, so will your license.
