Licensing

You will need to get the license key from your online profile. You will not need to change keys after the trial ends and you subscribe.

Create A Season

Seasons are a boundary used to calculate points for multiple shows. Shows are created in a season. A season can be any length of time, but the show date must fall within the season.

The Show Template

Show Templates hold the basic information and settings you use for every show. You can add as many show templates as needed. Seasons can have shows with different show templates in the same season. You will often see a series of shows with similar rules, classes, or sanctioning organizations use the same template.

Organizations

Organizations like the IBRA or NBHA each have their own scoring and payback rules. You can use one of the included organizations or create your own. A rider can belong to as many organizations as are defined.

Each show can only use a single payback setting from a single organization, however you can calculate points for as many organizations as you would like allowing for easy co-sanctioned shows.

Each organization can have custom point and payback tables depending on how many entries are in the event. These tables can be defined later when you edit the organization.

Event Formats

Each event may have different settings, this is where the event format comes into play. There are already some default formats included. The event format allows you set up specific settings for an event such as an age group, how to pay winnings, and the drag interval.

Shows

Every season contains shows. Each show can have as many individual events as you want. Each event uses one of the built-in or user added event templates. After you add the show and events, each event can be configured with an entry fee and added money.
