Medication Protocol

Each show can have a Medication Protocol setting that determines which equine medication rules apply. This enables a printable medication incident form.

Setting the Protocol

1. Edit the show form
2. Select the desired protocol from the Medication Protocol buttons

Printing the Incident Form

When a show has a medication protocol set (anything other than None):

1. Open the show’s action menu (three-dot icon)
2. Click Print Medication Form
3. A PDF preview opens with a single-page incident form
4. Print or save the form

The form includes:

• Show name, date, and location
• Protocol-specific header
• Blank fields for: date/time of incident, horse name, horse owner, rider name, description, medication administered, dosage, route of administration, veterinarian signature, and witness signature
