Show

Every season contains shows. Each show can have as many individual events as you want. Each event uses one of the built-in or user added event templates. After you add the show and events, each event can be configured with an entry fee and added money.

Settings

Name

The show name can be anything. It does not need to be unique, but should be to make it easier for riders to find.

Show Date

The show date can be any date within the season. You can type the date in mm/dd/yyyy format or use the date picker.

Pre-Registration

Each show can have online pre-registration enabled or disabled. If enabled, the pre-registration will auto end 24 hours prior to the show date and time. You can change the date and time for pre-registration to end by using the date and time picker.

Show Template

You will need to select one existing show template. See the Show Template page for more information.

Event Template

Using the dropdown, you can select as many Event Templates as you need for the show. Each event and age group in the show will need its own template.
